Parterre's market runs on its own rhythm, distinct from broader north metro Denver or new-construction generally. Roughly half of the active inventory at any given moment is held off the MLS in the builder's quick move-in channel, which means the public portals show only part of what's actually available. The reports below draw on MLS-direct closed sale data, the builder's quick move-in inventory list (which we maintain weekly), and patterns we track across active Parterre buyer and seller relationships. Each quarterly report is published shortly after quarter-end, with the next update due in early August.
